On the second day of Christmas my true love gave to me…almost $600 for my favorite charity. That's not bad for a sleepy Monday and start to the 12 Days of Sharing. There's been lots of activity in the virtual cookie jar too, including these chocolate dipped caramel pecan bars from Alice over at Savory Sweet Life. I adore Alice, and will not hold it against her for sending me this photo first thing this morning.

Luckily, I exercised self-control, wiped the drool from my mouth and went ahead with oatmeal as planned. I do, however, reserve the right to eat them on Christmas morning.
